Blurred Lines

Blurred Lines is a not-for-profit community development organization in the Castle Hill Neighborhood, Bronx.

Because there is a high probability that Castle Hill will face a severe climate crisis in the future, the community needs to unite all its forces to prepare for it.

Blurred Lines sees this process of preparation as an opportunity to reframe the urban system. It aims to blur existing edges and boundaries with hydrological, ecological, and social activities and reverse the community's fragmentation progress. The forum connects governments, professionals, public interest organizations, and residents to plan and carry out a series of transformative projects at different scales in the urban spaces within the neighborhood.
